Creating speech bubbles is relatively straightforward. You can use the Brush tool with a clean, rounded edge to draw the outline of the bubble. For a more professional look, consider using the Pen tool to create a path, then filling it with a solid color and adding a stroke. Place the speech bubble on a new layer above the image. Use the Type tool to add the dialogue inside the bubble. To add a tail, either draw it with the Brush tool or use the Pen tool to create a curved line extending from the bubble. Consider using a slightly darker or lighter shade of the bubble color for the tail to create depth.
