A DDoS Trojan attack is a type of cyberattack where a Trojan horse malware is used to compromise a victim's computer, turning it into a bot. This infected computer, along with many others similarly compromised, can then be orchestrated by an attacker to simultaneously flood a target server or network with overwhelming amounts of traffic, causing a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS).
