Why am I encountering this error despite not intentionally making a large number of requests?

Several factors can cause this error even without intentional high activity. Automated scripts or applications running in the background, browser extensions, or even a large number of simultaneous user sessions can collectively exceed the rate limit. Also, uploading very large files in quick succession or repeatedly attempting to access a large number of files can trigger the limit.
