First, power off the printer and unplug it. Open all access panels (front, back, and inside) and carefully remove any visible jammed paper. Check the paper path thoroughly, including the rollers. Ensure no small paper fragments remain. Once clear, plug the printer back in and power it on to see if the error is resolved.
