If the error persists after removing visible paper, the issue might be with the paper sensors. These sensors can become dirty or misaligned. Try gently cleaning the paper sensors with a dry, lint-free cloth. You can find their location in the printer's service manual (available online). A faulty sensor may require professional repair.
