How can I determine which CAS server is causing the 503 error in a load-balanced Exchange 2013 environment?

Check the load balancer logs to identify which CAS server is being reported as unavailable or failing the health checks. If the load balancer is configured to send a specific server in the HTTP header, you may check the header response. Also, try accessing OWA directly via the server's FQDN to isolate the problem.
