Ensure the printer is powered on and properly connected to your computer (for USB printers, check the cable) or network (for Wi-Fi/Ethernet printers, check network status and cables). Look for any error messages on the printer's physical display panel. Try printing a test page directly from the printer itself (if it has this feature) to rule out hardware issues. A simple power cycle (turning the printer off, waiting 30 seconds, then turning it back on) can also often resolve minor glitches.
