If the installer is stuck, try the following: 1) Restart your computer. 2) Run the installer in compatibility mode (right-click the installer, Properties, Compatibility tab). 3) Check your internet connection. 4) Try downloading the installer again from the official Oracle website to ensure the file is not corrupted. 5) Consider running the installer as an administrator.
