Go to Network and Sharing Center (search for it in the Start menu). Click on 'Set up a new connection or network'. Choose 'Connect to the Internet' and click 'Next'. Select 'Broadband (PPPoE)'. Enter your username and password provided by your ISP. Check the 'Remember this password' box if desired. Click 'Connect'. If it connects successfully, great! If not, double-check your username and password.
