If running as administrator doesn't solve the problem, it's possible there's a deeper issue with the system's security settings or a corrupted installation file. You could try temporarily disabling User Account Control (UAC) – though this is not recommended for security reasons – as a troubleshooting step. Alternatively, try downloading a fresh copy of the Inventor installation files from the Autodesk website and reinstalling.
