Disable all third-party Outlook add-ins to see if the indexing problem resolves. You can do this by going to Tools > Add-ins in Outlook and disabling each add-in one by one, restarting Outlook after each disablement, to identify the culprit. If disabling an add-in resolves the issue, you can then consider updating or removing that add-in.
