To clear the print queue, go to 'Printers & Scanners' in your computer's settings, select your printer, and then click on 'Open queue'. In the queue window, go to the 'Printer' menu and select 'Cancel All Documents'. You might need to restart the 'Print Spooler' service in Windows Services if documents are stuck.
