1. Press 'Win + R', type 'services.msc' and press Enter. 2. Locate 'Print Spooler' in the list, right-click it, and select 'Stop'. 3. Open File Explorer and navigate to 'C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS' and 'C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers'. Delete all files and folders within these two directories (these are temporary print job files and cached drivers). 4. Go back to 'services.msc', right-click 'Print Spooler', and select 'Start'. Restart your computer and try printing.
